P19 Venturi Vacuum Pumps
The P19 series of venturi vacuum pumps provide higher vacuum flow rates for material handling applications involving an array of cups with diameters of 2” (50mm) and greater. The higher flow rates provide rapid vacuum line evacuation and will overcome increased porosity from the larger cups to create a secure grip. There are 6 cartridges (C19) available for both medium and high vacuum levels for handling porous and non-porous products efficiently. Options include integral valves for fast cycle times and blow off. There are additional vacuum ports to directly plumb vacuum gauges and switches for a complete solution
P19 Series
The P19 is a venturi vacuum pump with an integral straight through silencer. There are 6 models available for both high and medium vacuum levels for handling porous and non- porous products efficiently. The pump is available with two additional vacuum ports that may be used for a gauge, switch or for an external blow-off. Available options include a vacuum gauge, VG40 and vacuum switch models, AP10 and MP30-P19.
P19V Series
The P19V is a venturi vacuum pump with an integral two-way solenoid valve for high speed vacuum control. There are 6 models available for both high and medium vacuum levels for handling porous and non-porous products efficiently. The pump is available with two additional vacuum ports that may be used for a gauge, switch or for an external blow-off. Available options include a vacuum gauge, VG40 and vacuum switch models, AP10 and MP30-P19.
P192V Series
The P192V is a venturi vacuum pump with two integral two-way solenoid control valves. The first valve controls the compressed air supply to the venturi and the second valve provides line pressure blow-off for fast part release and accurate part placement. There are 6 models available for both high and medium vacuum levels for handling porous and non-porous products efficiently. The pump is available with two additional vacuum ports that may be used for a gauge, VG40 and vacuum switch models, AP10 and MP30-P19.
P19MP Series
The P19MP is a venturi vacuum pump with an integral vacuum manifold with 4 vacuum ports. The integral manifold reduces plumbing connections and allows home-run plumbing to multiple vacuum locations, such as, suction cups. When plumbed using the manifold each vacuum line has full flow which is ideal for handling porous products like corrugated.
There are 6 models available for both high and medium vacuum levels for handling porous and non-porous products efficiently.
The pump has an additional vacuum port that may be used for a vacuum switch, AP10 and MP30-P19 or for an external blow-off.
