P10 Venturi Vacuum Pumps

The P10 venturi vacuum pumps are the smallest, most compact venturi vacuum pumps and are commonly used to handle small parts or evacuate small volumes. There are 2 cartridges (C10) available offering medium and high vacuum levels for handling porous and non-porous products efficiently. They are placed close to the point of use and function with small compressed air and vacuum lines. They can handle parts smaller than 1” diameter although they are capable of lifting the weight of a car when matched with a large suction cup. Common products handled with this pump are semiconductors and injection molded parts.

The P10 is a compact venturi vacuum pump with an integral straight through silencer. There are 2 models available (high vacuum and medium vacuum) to match your application requirements. A second vacuum port allows easy plumbing for an optional miniature adjustable vacuum switch, AP10.

The P102V is a compact venturi vacuum pump with two integral three-way solenoid control valves. Energize the first valve and air flows through the venturi to create vacuum. When de-energized, the vacuum is stopped. The second valve controls a line pressure blow off for fast part release and accurate placement. No external plumbing is required. here are 2 models available (high vacuum and medium vacuum) to match your application requirements. A second vacuum port allows easy plumbing for an optional miniature adjustable vacuum switch, AP10.

The P10AR is a venturi vacuum pump with an integral atmospheric release module for fast part release without additional compressed air consumption. When the compressed air supply is stopped (requires a 3 way valve upstream from the P10AR), the atmospheric release automatically vents the vacuum line to the atmosphere.

There are 2 models available (high vacuum and medium vacuum) to match your application requirements. A second vacuum port allows easy plumbing for an optional miniature adjustable vacuum switch, AP10 .

The P10VAR is a venturi vacuum pump with an integral three-way solenoid control valve and an integral atmospheric release module. When the valve is de-energized and the compressed air supply is stopped, the vacuum stops and simultaneously the atmospheric release automatically vents the vacuum line to the atmosphere. Only one output is required to achieve both suction and rapid part release.
