P14 Venturi Vacuum Pumps
The P14 series of venturi vacuum pumps provide mid-range performance for material handling applications involving an array of cups with diameters of 2” (50mm) or less. There are 8 cartridges (C14) available with both medium and high vacuum levels for handling porous and non-porous products efficiently. Options include integral valves for fast cycle times and blow-off. There are additional vacuum ports to directly plumb vacuum gauges and switches for a complete solution.
P14 Series
The P14 is a venturi vacuum pump with an integral straight-through silencer. There are 8 models available for both high and medium vacuum for handling porous and non-porous products efficiently. The pump is available with two additional vacuum ports that may be used for a gauge, switch or for an external blow off. Available options include a vacuum gauge, VG40 and vacuum switch models, AP10 and MP30-P14.
P14V Series
The P14V is a venturi vacuum pump with an integral two-way solenoid valve for high speed vacuum control. There are 8 models available for both high and medium vacuum levels for handling porous and non-porous products efficiently. The pump is available with two additional vacuum ports that may be used for a gauge, switch or for an external blow off. Available options include a vacuum gauge, VG40 and vacuum switch models, AP10 and MP30-P14
P14VM Series
The P14VM is a compact venturi vacuum pump manifold segment. Each segment has an integral two-way solenoid control valve. The valve controls the compressed air supply to the venturi for fast response. There can be a maximum of 8 segments per manifold and each segment can have a different venturi cartridge based on the application requirements. There are 8 models available for both high and medium vacuum levels for handling porous and non- porous products efficiently. Two additional vacuum ports allow for a variety of plumbing options including a choice of vacuum switch models, AP10 and MP30-P14
P142V Series
The P142V is a compact venturi vacuum pump with two integral two-way solenoid control valves. The first valve controls the compressed air supply to the venturi and the second valve provides line pressure blow-off for fast part release and accurate part placement. There are 8 models available for both high and medium vacuum levels for handling porous and non-porous products efficiently. The pump is available with two additional vacuum ports that may be used for a gauge, switch or for an external blow off. Available options include a vacuum gauge, VG-40 and vacuum switch models, AP10 and MP30-P14.

The P14X is a compact venturi vacuum pump with an integral reservoir blow off. When the upstream air valve (3 way required) is de-energized the flow of compressed air to the venturi is stopped. The sudden drop in pressure causes a quick exhaust diaphragm to shift which releases the stored compressed air to fill the vacuum line for fast part release and accurate part placement. The intensity of the blow off can be controlled using the adjustment knob provided. Threading the knob all the way in will result in no blow off, unthreaded to its maximum position is full blow-off. Cycle rates exceeding 1000/minute are possible.
